Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, have received the goods.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us amalthea feelgood gmbh, info@amalthea-feelgood.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).
Return Process
- Contact us within the withdrawal period at info@amalthea-feelgood.com.
- You will receive further instructions for returning your order.
- Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by costumer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Special Notice on Personal Care Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the following conditions apply:
- Sealed personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, hygiene items) can only be returned if the seal has not been removed.
- Opened or used products are excluded from return, if they are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
- If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
Condition of Returned Goods
Please return the goods, in their original packaging, unused, and complete.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
